This page states the terms and conditions under which you use the Mia Mendi website. Any use of this website means that you agree to them. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions then you are not authorized to use this website.

Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
Please note that miamendi.com reserves the right to cancel any orders placed as it sees fit. miamendi.com will notify you by email immediately of any such cancellation and also issue a full refund of the related payment. Once your refund is actioned by us please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available again in your account.

Order Returns
If you are unhappy with your goods for whatever reason please post your goods back to us within 14 days.
Download the RETURNS FORM, fill it out and pop it in with the items you wish to return, stating your reason for return and if you want a refund or exchange.
All items returned to us are at your own risk so we recommend using a recorded service.

Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order please notify us asap – email: miamendimusic@gmail.con
If cancelled before your order ships we will of course issue a full refund upon your instruction. We don’t ship or deliver at the weekend or on bank holidays.
If you notify us that you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped out we will not refund the original shipping cost on your order and you may also incur an additional return to sender fee if it is issued by the courier or postal service used for your delivery. This return to sender fee is usually the same cost as your original postage charge but it can vary.
In the case of a late cancellation we will refund you for the cancelled order minus the original shipping cost and return to sender fee once the cancelled order has arrived back to us and has been processed and checked accordingly. At this point we will notify you by email of the exact charges to be deducted from your refund to the email address that you supplied us with on your original order.

Once your refund is actioned by us please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available again in your account.

Product Availability

miamendi.com will endever to ensure that the web site does not have any problems and that goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available. In the event that your ordered items are out of stock we will notify you as soon as we can.

Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.

All the information you provide to www.miamendi.com is strictly private and confidential. According to the data protection act we will treat all such information including name, address and email in the strictest of confidence. Customer information will not be disclosed to or shared with any persons outside of miamendi.com. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Changes to these terms

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.

Colour Variation

Please note that colours on our website will vary slightly depending how your monitor is calibrated. We do our very best to make sure all our images are true to the actual product you are purchasing but we cant guarantee a perfect match every time due to almost limitless variations in home monitor set ups.
