Delivery

UK delivery is at a flat rate of £3.00 per item. Rest of the world is at a flat rate of £7.00 per item.

Christmas Delivery
For guaranteed Christmas delivery all UK orders must be placed by Friday 18th Dec. Orders placed after this date will still be posted out the following week but we cant guarantee they will be with you before Christmas.

UK Customers
All orders are sent out via My Hermes so UK delivery generally takes 2-5 working days to arrive. The orders are tracked but will not need to be signed for.

International Customers
International orders are sent via Royal Mail and usually take between 5-12 working days to arrive.

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 14 days and in perfect original sale-able condition.

We offer a refund or exchange service but we can’t refund your original or return postage costs, if you have simply changed your mind.

Christmas Returns
We have extended our returns policy for all Christmas presents to 28 days starting from Christmas day.

Fill out the Returns Form, let us know who you are, what you are sending back, what’s wrong and if you need a refund or exchange.
Please ship your Goods and Returns Form in the post to us, we’re not responsible for returns in transit so we advise that you use a recorded service to make sure they arrive safely.
We will take care of everything when your goods arrive and get any exchanges or refunds sorted out straight away. If there are any problems or issues we will be in touch.
